Being Proficient in I/O devices and programming of a Total Flow, Roc or PLC. Having knowledge in setting up various transmitters as well as communications/radios within the computers. Understanding the principles of Modbus and how to troubleshoot issues between various devices, wiring and programming.
Licensed Journey Electrician with a minimum of 5 years electrical experience. Being proficient in running conduit, pulling wire, sizing both wire and conduit, as well as being knowledgeable enough to perform accurate quotes of material for jobs.
Gas and Oil measurement dealing with various flow meters and being proficient in the use of calibrators to run checks on devices and recalibrate when needed as well as being able to properly work with various electronic devices used to measure pressure, temperature and gauge tank levels.
The primary function of an Assistant/Apprentice is to assist Technicians/Electricians in all facets and functions of daily activity, while learning how to troubleshoot and solve complex issues in the field. The goal of this position is to aid in work while being trained/learning to become a Technician or Licensed Electrician.
